PawFlex is not responsible for refunding a product that has been used or partially used because your pet Chewed or knocked their bandage off. This is not an issue with the bandage but instead, unfortunately, your pet. Sometimes it can even be user error. Since the bandages are not adhesive but instead Velcro fasteners, we suggest you just put the bandage back on if your pet somehow gets it off. If your pet destroyed the bandage, then a cone is also recommended. If you still want to return the product, you may, and we will refund you only for the bandages that have been un opened and unused as well as a 20% restocking charge.
